How to order a custom built vest

When ordering a custom vest, you should first print or save a copy of our vest design image so that you can either draw by hand or use a paint program to show the layout of where you would like pouches, name patches, etc. to be located when your vest is made. Be sure to make notes of your intent on your drawings so that your order can be processed as quickly as possible and to avoid any confusion. Alternatively, you can also provide any custom drawings of your own designs for use in the construction of the final product.

After you have drawn you vest layout you can either mail it to our postal address or email it to us. BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR FULL MAILING ADDRESS. Also include any other important contact information such as E-Mail address and Phone Numbers where you can be reached for questions and order confirmation.

• Custom projects take more time to build than stock items from major manufacturers. We try to give accurate time estimates, but please be patient and remember that these delivery times can fluctuate to ensure you get the quality you deserve.
• Custom projects may require that you provide either dimensions on certain pieces of equipment, or may require you to send certain pieces of equipment to CTC to insure proper fit. Please be sure to discuss this at the time of your order to avoid any delays.
• All items in our vest options  located on the vest pricing page can be modified to fit your needs. The items on our vest pricing page are CTC's standard items and are only a guideline. If you do not see something that fits your needs please contact us we will do our best to try and fill any special needs/requests you may have. WE WANT YOU TO GET WHAT YOU NEED!
• If options are added or removed to/from your project please remember the prices will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the changes made.
• All pouches can be purchase separately. Please inquire for further information.
• Colors other than those listed may be available for an additional charge. Please inquire.
• Specifications on all items in the vest prices catalog are subject to change.
• All standard designs are the sole intellectual property of Custom Tactical Creations. Any custom made variations built from our original designs or specifications will become the sole property of Custom Tactical Creations. Any custom requests made to that effect will be considered an agreement to these terms. Any completely custom requests made for equipment will be considered authorization to reproduce, unless agreement has been made prior to design submission.
• Absolutely no refunds on custom vests and equipment. Custom orders can not be cancelled once the order has been placed and work has begun, therefore deposits or payments on custom projects are non-refundable. Please be sure you are specific and communicate your needs adequately so that CTC can do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
• Items that are found to have a defect in workmanship or materials (determined by CTC) may be returned for either repair or replacement at our discretion. Please call for prior return authorization.

Payment options include: Money Order, Cashier Check or most major credit cards through Paypal or by phone order. When using Paypal.com please direct payments to the following email address: Info@customtactical.com .  Personal checks are also welcome, however they must clear prior to shipment.
